Why I Became an IVF Health Coach

Six years ago, my wife and I began our journey to grow our family. Little did we know we would have to do it during a global pandemic simultaneously, but it was also going to entail doing IVF. After three rounds of IUI and a move 600 miles away, we started our IVF story. Even though I am an RN, I often felt lost in the patient shuffle, wondering if I was taking medications right and if I could have been doing more to ensure my chances of success. 

As someone who has been where you are, I get the worries. I get the sleepless nights and endless Google searches. I also worry I may never get to grow my family the way I would like to. I've been where you are and have successfully come out the other side. I would have loved to have had the support of someone who has been there before, to lean on and ask questions, to learn from, and to feel like I wasn't all on my own. Fertility clinics do all they can, but at the end of the day, they cannot give each patient the support they need when going through IVF. This is where I fill in that gap.
